Our signature hour long Battle Room workouts include high intense, strength, cardiovascular and conditioning exercises all combined into one. Our former British Army instructors will be there every step of the way to make sure you are giving your best, and if they think your not, then stand by. Every session is completely different, using different techniques, concepts, equipment, instructors and intensities. Your body will not know what to expect. Ropes, TRX, rowers, free weights, kettle bells, tyres and our world class treadmills are only some of the equipment we use. H.I.I.T. (HIGH-INTENSTITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Our H.I.I.T workouts are 1 hour long, and constantly mixed between cardiovascular and strength training. We use world class treadmill, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, tyres, battle ropes, sledges and many more pieces of equipment chosen to give you the best workout possible. Our workouts vary throughout, so that no one class is ever the same. Our innovative technique works to shock the body in the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight and build muscle. Our instructors are all former British Army soldiers and best in the business who promote a energy packed environment that will help push you beyond your limits. You can burn up to 1,000 calories in just 1 hour. Try out our H.I.I.T classes right away, and feel the benefits in no time.
THE COLOUR SYSTEM
‘Bootcamp Military Fitness’ caters for all fitness ability. We divide every session into 3 different fitness abilities (by colour). As a result, every Bootcamper gets a great work-out regardless of their fitness level.
At the beginning of the session, you will find 3 coloured bibs – you choose a bib at your estimated fitness levels. The Bootcamp instructor will advise you if you are not sure. Regardless, we will make sure you are constantly pushing yourself to the limit.
Yellow – Beginners
Yellow work-outs are designed for people who have not exercised for a while, or are completely new to fitness. These work-outs will help you get back into it at your own pace, build your fitness, & when you’re ready – you can step up to the next level!
Green – Intermediate
Green is the next step in achieving your fitness goals. Green work-outs are designed for fit people that love exercising and want to be pushed further.
Black – Advanced
Black is the ultimate work-out. These work-outs will challenge you physically & mentally. You will be pushed to your limits and beyond.
We would recommend for your first session to wear a yellow bib for you to get an idea of the work-out. You can always change to a higher colour the next time. However once you have chosen your color bib, you have to keep it throughout the whole session!
Nationality : British
Grant served with the British Military for 8 years, touring in a number of places across the world. He served as a Combat Engineer in the Corps of the Royal Engineers. Grant represented his regiment at Nordic Skiing in 2008, and represented his regiment in football in 2006 – 2010. After leaving the army in 2012, Grant achieved a number of fitness qualifications including being an instructor at British Military Fitness.
In 2012, Grant moved to the Middle East to introduce a new fitness concept in the region. As the founder of Bootcamp Military Fitness Doha, to date, Grant has trained up 500 clients to the BMF work-out standard. His approach is to challenge and motivate Bootcampers to keep pushing their limits.
